About the Game

Cards & Tankards is a virtual reality game that combines the laid-back atmosphere of a fantasy tavern with the fun of a collectible card game. Cards & Tankards allows players to both battles for bragging rights and just hang out with friends over a deck of cards.

For Cards & Tankards, my objective was to set everything up for the developer so they would have a base moving forward. I started with competitive research and analysis as well as person to person interviews to make sure the genre of the game had an audience. It also gave us valuable information about what the game should and should not have included since it’s a VR game. I also did some recruiting for the developer to find various testers and artists for the cards. Lastly, I set up all social media accounts and worked on descriptions for the game’s various storefronts.
